Actress Kim Tae-ri talked about her preparation for the role of Lee Ahn in the movie “Alienoid.”
A press conference for the first part of the film “Alien + Human” or “Alienoid” (a South Korean sci-fi action fantasy genre film directed and written by Choi Dong-hoon) was conducted on the morning of the 23rd of June at the Conrad Seoul Grand Ballroom in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The press conference was attended by the director, Choi Dong-hoon, Ryu Jun-Yeol, Kim Woo-bin, Kim Tae-Ri, So Ji-sub, Yeom Jeong-ah, Jo Woo-jin, and Kim Ui-Seong.
The plot of “Alien + Human” Part 1 develops as the Goryeo Dynasty’s collapse brings about the opening of the door of time between the swordsmen fighting for the mythical divine sword and those chasing an alien prisoner trapped inside a human body in 2022.
Kim Tae-Ri portrays Lee Ahn in the movie. 630 years ago, in the latter years of the Goryeo Dynasty, Lee Ahn is a mystery woman with a pistol. She is referred to as the Thundering Wife and is well-known, yet she is a shrouded person about whom no one knows when, where, or how she has lived.
When asked how she prepared her eye on this particular day, Kim Tae-Ri replied, “I thought about it thoroughly.” “I continued asking the ones around me,” she said. I did a lot of planning. After researching, I prepared a lot of martial arts.
She went on, “I learned gymnastics at an action school. As well, I went shooting. I had time to retrain myself with guns after doing it in the drama ” Mr Sunshine.”
Kim Tae Ri recently co-starred with Nam Joo Hyuk in the drama “Twenty Five Twenty One” in which she played fencing champion Na Hee-do. For her remarkable performance in the drama, she has garnered a lot of acclaims worldwide and has also received the Tiktok popularity award.
Meanwhile, Alienoid tells the story of an incredible event that occurs as the doors between late Goryeo and the year 2022, when aliens first emerge, open. It is expected to be released on July 20, 2022, on big screens.
