Han Yi Han was a renowned surgeon. He received his medical degree from South Korea’s leading medical school and specialised in general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery. His life was revolutionised by one procedure. Han Yi Han thought the procedure went well, but the patient died. His medical licence was then revoked.

Four years later, Han Yi Han is a lawyer who specialises in medical disputes. He also seeks to learn the truth about his former patient’s death. Han Yi Han protects victims and seeks to punish those who commit medical malpractice and neglect in his trials. He collaborates with a prosecutor who has lost a family member and a lover as a result of the surgery.
