It tells the story of three cleaners at a financial firm, who resort to insider trading to feed their families and realise their goals after unintentionally overhearing financial information.

Cleaning Up Kdrama Plot Synopsis
Cleaning Up is the story of three women, Eo Yong-Mi (Yum Jung-Ah), An In-Kyung (Jeon So-Min), and Maeng Soo-Ja (Kim Jae-Hwa) who work in a brokerage firm.
Eo Yong-Mi is a single mother who tries to support her two daughters. In-Kyung fantasises about purchasing a food truck and opening a mobile cafe. Maeng Soo-Ja appears to be a gregarious individual, yet she only interacts with others when she needs them. At their workplace, these three cleaning ladies happen to overhear insider information. They use insider trading information to invest their money in a stock.
